Promoting Positive Mental Health Across Limerick

Your Mental Health Matters

Since 2002, Limerick Mental Health Association (LMHA) has been at the heart of the community, supporting individuals and families on their mental health journey. We continue to break down stigma, raise awareness, and empower people to prioritise their wellbeing. Today, we’re proud to be a safe and welcoming place where people across Limerick City and County can find support, connection, and encouragement.

What We Do

We provide mental health support in a number of different ways depending on your individual needs. Talk to us today to find out how we can help!

Walk-In Service

We are the only mental health service in Limerick to provide a walk-in service. We are a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk to us without fear of prejudice in a supportive and relaxed environment. There is no need to make an appointment as we have an open, door walk-in policy and we work on the no wrong door ethic, which is: if we are not the right service for you we will get you the right service.
