Peer Support
Free one-to-one and group peer support with our qualified peer support facilitators in a non-judgemental safe space.
Signposting
Free signposting service making it as easy as possible for people to navigate the intricate world of mental health support services.
Workplace Training
LMHA‑certified programme designed specifically for managers, HR professionals, and people leaders across the business community.
Solace Cafe
Free out of hours mental health support in a relaxed cafe-style environment.
Thurs – Sun 6pm – Midnight.

Pride, Identity, and Mental Health: Celebrating Authenticity and Community
June marks Pride Month, a time to celebrate identity, diversity, and the strength of LGBTQ+ communities. While Pride is often associated with parades, colour, and celebration, it also carries a deeper meaning rooted in visibility, acceptance, and the ongoing journey toward equality.
Walk-In Service
We are the only mental health service in Limerick to provide a walk-in service. We are a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk to us without fear of prejudice in a supportive and relaxed environment. There is no need to make an appointment as we have an open, door walk-in policy and we work on the no wrong door ethic, which is: if we are not the right service for you we will get you the right service.
Limerick Mental Health Week
Every October, we bring the whole community together for a week of events, talks, and activities that spark conversation, break stigma, and celebrate positive mental health across Limerick.

Each year, we welcome placement students from various departments, including Psychology, Sociology, Communications and Media, and Nursing. This placement arrangement not only provides invaluable hands-on experience for students but also enriches the work of LMHA in meaningful ways.
